Pryor Cashman Partner Robert W. Ray appeared live with Chuck Scarborough on NBC’s New York Nightly News cable program on October 20, 2009.

Ray discussed U.S. District Court Judge Robinson’s decision to revoke Bernard Kerik’s bail in advance of trial for violation of the court's confidentiality order concerning discovery materials disclosed by the Government to the defense. The violation was discovered when the materials ended up on the defendant's legal defense fund website.
