Partner Juergen R. Ostertag To Speak In Munich At Global Competence Forum Seminar

Pryor Cashman Corporate Partner Juergen R. Ostertag, head of the firm's German Practice, will be speaking on March 5, 2010 in Munich, Germany at a seminar organized by The Global Competence Forum, a leading provider for seminars in Europe especially for professionals and executives.
On March 5, 2010, Ostertag will be speaking at the seminar Doing Business and Working with Americans. His presentation, U.S. Law for the Business Person, includes an overview of the United States legal system and corporate law. He will also discuss choice of entity issues in detail and distribution in the U.S.
