Partner Selig Sacks, a member of Pryor Cashman’s Corporate Group and Co-Chair of the firm’s China Practice, was recently interviewed by Money Management Letter for its June 14, 2010 article, “The Chinese Are Coming!­ But They Need Help.”

Sacks noted that NASDAQ now lists 159 China-based companies, up from only 30 or so a year ago. “The push into U.S. markets also comes from Chinese provincial governments who actively encourage companies to tap the largest, most liquid capital market in the world.”
