Partner Ronald B. Kremnitzer Named Industry Leader By Real Estate Weekly
Real Estate WeeklyPartner Ronald B. Kremnitzer, Co-Chair of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group, has been named an “Industry Leader” by Real Estate Weekly in its August 25, 2010 issue. The profile of Kremnitzer in Real Estate Weekly states:
As the economy continues to rebound, there is a great influx of real estate tenants and investors either expanding or breaking into a market that at one time was unattainable. Kremnitzer has accomplished much for his clients in this current market, and throughout his career.
Most recently, he represented Mario Batali, Joseph Bastianich, Lidia Bastianich and Eataly in their newest restaurant market concept, the largest artisanal Italian food and wine marketplace in the world. It is a 44,232 s/f lease at the former International Toy Center site in the Flatiron District. The plan includes several mini restaurants, an artisan foods market and a 4,500 s/f rooftop beer garden.
One of the city’s most dynamic deal-making attorneys ,Kremnitzer was named a Super Lawyer in Real Estate in Super Lawyers Magazine and was also named one of the Best Lawyers in America in New York Magazine.
He joined Pryor Cashman as a partner in May 1987. His experience in commercial leasing matters have garnered him many high profile clients, among them a well-known New York City drugstore chain and a prominent gourmet deli in multiple leasing transactions. He also is very active in representing purchasers of multi-family properties and represents a group which acquired over 800 New York City properties, including 100 Manhattan multi-family properties in a single day.
