Pryor Cashman represented Rodman & Renshaw, LLC, as sole book running manager, in an underwritten public offering of 5,181,285 shares of the common stock of SkyPeople Fruit Juice, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPU) at a price of $5.00 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $25.9 million. The offering closed on August 30, 2010.

SkyPeople Fruit Juice, Inc. is a manufacturer of kiwifruit, apple, pear and other concentrated specialty fruit juices and manufacturer of Hedetang branded fruit beverages.

The Pryor Cashman team advising Rodman & Renshaw, LLC on the transaction included Corporate Partner Selig D. Sacks, associates Michael T. Campoli and Jill C. Braibanti, and attorney Ying Cao.
