Ronald Kremnitzer, Pryor Cashman Partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Group, was interviewed for the Crain’s article “Stuy Town tenants, Brookfield make bid to buy complex.”
The December 4, 2011 article discusses residents of Stuyvesant Town/Peter Cooper Village and Brookfield Asset Management’s plans to purchase the historic property and turn its units into affordable condos. When asked about the possibility of such a development, Kremnitzer told the publication, “The project seems fraught with problems, how are they going to balance out the needs of those varied groups to come up with a bid?”
