Pryor Cashman Files Condominium Plan for 72 Residential Units Having Offering Price of Over $243 Million
February 14, 2007The New York State Attorney General accepted for filing on February 14, 2007, a condominium offering plan, prepared by Pryor Cashman, for 72 residential units in a 20-story tower to be built at 100 Eleventh Ave. (at West 19th St.) in New York City. The building, designed by famed French architect Jean Nouvel, will be constructed by an affiliate of Craig Wood, whose real estate development and investment firm Cape Advisors Inc. is behind a number of high profile projects in New York City and the metro New York region. The total offering price for the exclusive residential units is more than $243 million. Pryor Cashman partner Thomas J. Malmud and associates Stephanie Paulos and Jonathan Weinberger were responsible for preparing the plan.
