Partners Eric Hellige, Tina Moss and Ron Sarubbi spoke to a group of 60 corporate trust professionals at Wilmington Trust Co. in Wilmington, Delaware on March 19, 2007. Their presentation, entitled "Events of Default," covered an indenture trustee's standard of care and events of default. The presentation was videotaped and each of the attendees received continuing CCTS certification credits.
