Partner Howard Siegel will Co-Chair PLI's 2008 Seminar on Counseling Clients In The Entertainment Industry. The seminar runs from March 17-19, 2008 at PLI's New York Center and will also be webcast live.

In addition to his Co-Chair duties, Siegel will be an introductory speaker for the March 19th session on Sound Recordings and Music Publishing, and will speak during the afternoon about Music Publishing, covering, among other topics:

• Types of music publishing agreements
• Sources of income
• Negotiation of a songwriter-music publishing agreement
• The role of performing rights societies and licensing agencies
