Pryor Cashman partner Juergen R. Ostertag will be speaking in February 2008 in Frankfurt, Germany at two seminars organized by WSF Wirtschaftsseminare, a division of the publisher of the financial daily, Das Handelsblatt.

On February 25, 2008, Mr. Ostertag will be speaking at the seminar US Law in the Business Praxis. His topic will be Market Entry Into the U.S. –Legal Framework for Distribution of Products and Services in the U.S. Mr. Ostertag will discuss distribution in the U.S., the main elements of contract law and antitrust law guidelines.

On February 26, 2008, Mr. Ostertag will be speaking at the seminar Formation of a U.S. Company. His topic will be The Legal Framework for the Formation of a U.S. Company: Corporations, Limited and General Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies. Mr. Ostertag will explain the formation of various forms of companies in the U.S. and the standard documents used in such formation.
