Pryor Cashman Partner Tom Ferber, one of the leading experts in the area of copyright, will be speaking at the Practising Law Institute's Advanced Seminar on Copyright Law 2008 on May 12, 2008 at the PLI New York Center in New York City.

Ferber will be discussing preliminary injunctions and will be exploring numerous issues, including the legal standards, evidentiary hearings, expedited trials, temporary restraining orders, and strategies in seeking and defending injunction motions.
