Pryor Cashman’s Jeffrey A. Asher, a partner in the Trusts & Estates Group and Head of the firm’s Elder Care Practice, will be the guest presenter in a “Teleseminar” hosted by AgeWiseLiving on May 14, 2008 from 7:00 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The topic is “Pooled Income Trusts: Stay at home and keep your income while under Medicaid.” As Asher will explain, Medicaid is no longer only for the poor. This seminar discusses general ways even a wealthy client may plan for disability and get paid-for health care at home.
