Pryor Cashman’s Andrea Gendel will be co-chairing the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) New York Next Generation Program on “Sustainable Retail” on April 30, 2008.

Sustainable initiatives impacting the retail real estate industry will be the subject of the program. A panel of experts will be speaking on the driving forces behind going green. Topics of discussion will include consumer expectations, brand equity benefits, the new Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Retail rating system, waste management, recycling techniques and clean and efficient energy.
