Barry Negrin, a co-founding partner of Pryor Cashman’s Patent Group, spoke at the American International Toy Fair 2010 at the Javits Center in New York City on both February 14 and 16, 2010.

On February 14th, Barry spoke about protecting one's intellectual property through effective use of copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents. On February 16th, Barry advised how to keep out of trouble by avoiding the pitfalls of the intellectual property of others.

Over 20,000 attendees and over 100,000 products were at the annual event, which featured the latest updates on safety legislation. It is the premier meeting place for manufacturers, retailers, importers, licensors and reps from around the world.
