Selig D. Sacks, Senior Corporate Partner and Co-Head of the China Practice of Pryor Cashman LLP, will be speaking at the 12th China Venture Capital & Private Equity Forum in Shenzhen, China from June 4 to 6, 2010 regarding the legal process and environment for China enterprises to raise growth capital in the U.S. public markets.

Sacks will be a member of the panel on June 4, 2010 from 2:00 to 3:45 p.m. Brad Carlsson, Director of Investment Banking of Rodman & Renshaw, LLC, will be the moderator. Also appearing with Sacks on the panel will be Adam Roseman, CEO and Founder of ARC China; Tariq Jawad, Managing Director and Head of China Investment Banking of Rodman & Renshaw, LLC; and Sam Yu, Chief Financial Officer of Yongye International, Inc.
