Partner Howard Siegel Co-Chaired PLI's seminar Counseling Clients In The Entertainment Industry 2012. The seminar ran from March 12-14, 2012 at PLI's New York Center and was also available as live webcast.

In addition to his Co-Chair duties, Siegel was an introductory speaker on all three days of the event and also spoke during the afternoon of March 13th on Music Publishing, covering such topics as:

• Types of music publishing agreements
• Sources of income
• Negotiation of a songwriter-music publishing agreement
• Role of performing and mechanical rights societies and agencies
