Pryor Cashman partner Edward C. Normandin and associate Melissa M. Tomkiel have authored an article entitled "Say on Pay" Shareholder Proposals Gain Momentum In 2007. The article addresses executive compensation and the issue of "pay for performance," which was one of the most prominent U.S. corporate governance issues in the 2007 proxy season.
