Mandatory Disclosure Of Calorie Content Of Menu Items
February 4, 2008The New York City Board of Health is requiring all city chain restaurants to prominently display calorie information on their menus and menu boards effective March 31, 2008. Chain restaurants which are subject to the regulation constitute approximately 10% of New York City’s restaurants.
