SEC Adopts Changes to Compensation and Corporate Governance Disclosure Rules

On December 16, 2009, the Securities and Exchange Commission adopted several new and amended rules that require public companies to provide enhanced disclosure of risk oversight, compensation and other corporate governance matters.
