On February 22, 2010, the annual revised jurisdictional and filing fee thresholds under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 became effective. For the first time, the new thresholds decreased for 2010. The revised thresholds will apply to all covered transactions that are consummated on or after February 22, 2010.
