- In a case of first impression in New York, obtained summary judgment in N.Y. Supreme Court (and affirmance by Appellate Division, 1st Dept.) on behalf of a prestigious law firm on its claim for trespass against outgoing commercial holdover tenant which had failed to vacate its space after its lease had expired
- Obtained reversal in Appellate Division, 1st Dept. on behalf of an internationally acclaimed restaurant whose recently granted liquor license had been cancelled by a lower court in Article 78 proceeding on the basis that the license was improperly issued by New York State Liquor Authority
- Successfully represented nationally renowned hotel in litigation against a vendor/tenant of hotel chain which had attempted to consolidate that proceeding with a separate suit it had commenced against the hotel concerning alleged breach of their contractual arrangement
- Successfully represented a developer of a luxury condominium building in extensive arbitration proceedings relating to defective construction of the project
- Representing real estate developers seeking to clear development sites of tenants in order to proceed with development project
- Successfully represented the largest owner/operator of performing arts venues in the world in an arbitration relating to the construction and development of a 14,000 person outdoor amphitheater; our representation involved the detailed analysis of construction drawings, estimated and actual costs of construction and change orders, and accounting and income recognition issues
- Representing the corporate owners of a hotel in connection with foreclosure and judgment enforcement issues relating to the Castor Holdings matters and litigation involving multiple financial institutions with competing interests
