Pryor Cashman’s Hotel Practice Group is comprised of attorneys experienced in a highly sophisticated, diverse and dynamic hotel practice. The group represents hotel developers, owners, operators and management companies in the acquisition and sale of hotels, through joint ventures, debt or equity investments and otherwise. Our attorneys also have significant experience in all other aspects of hotel ownership, development, management, operation, branding, licensing and financing.

The Hotel Group is complemented by Pryor Cashman’s Restaurant, Food and Beverage Practice, as well as its Tax, Licensing, Intellectual Property and other groups as needed to offer comprehensive services to its clients.
