Pryor Cashman’s Banking and Finance Group represents a number of financial institutions involved in providing working capital and acquisition facilities for middle market corporate transactions. These transactions often require the involvement and experience of other practice groups within the firm, including our ERISA, Real Estate and Bankruptcy groups.
Our recent work in the area of middle market lending includes the representation of a banking syndicate led by JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. in an ESOP transaction. We also represented PNC Business Credit in the financing of the acquisition of a company in the electric power infrastructure business as well as in the work-out of the financing of a company in the import/export business.
