Pryor Cashman's Women's Leadership Initiative Hosts Yoga Event
We hear it all the time: science and healthcare professionals touting the benefits of mindfulness and stress-management for overall well-being. While we know it to be true, implementing these principles in our busy lives isn’t always simple.
With this in mind, Pryor Cashman’s Women’s Leadership Initiative recently invited clients and colleagues to participate in an evening of yoga and meditation at its New York office.
Led by two certified yoga instructors from Practice Body Mind Soul, guests enjoyed an hour of restorative – yet challenging! –Hatha/Vinyasa yoga, followed by healthy hors d’oeuvres, wine and mingling.
We loved hosting our clients and friends at this event. In the spirit of taking time to connect with one another and recharge, it felt like a great success.
