On November 16, 2016, David Spacht will present a program entitled “Preparing for a Healthy Philanthropic Marriage – Drafting Agreements for Charitable Gift Restrictions” in association with the Philanthropic Planning Group of Greater New York (“PPGGNY”).

The program will be hosted at Pryor Cashman’s New York office, and will explore the potential complications involved in making charitable gifts and endowments, along with best practices for drafting clear and effective gift agreements that achieve the donor’s philanthropic intent while maintaining the charity’s long-lasting purpose.
