Judith Poller, partner and co-chair of the Family Law Group at Pryor Cashman, chaired the City Bar Center for CLE’s seminar on The Connection Between Matrimonial Law & Trusts & Estates Law: The Essentials For Practitioners In These Practice Areas. The seminar was held Monday, October 2, 2011 at the New York City Bar.
In addition to her chair duties, Poller co-presented on the topic of “Special Needs Children in a Divorce and Protecting Them Through the Use of Trusts and Insuring the Protection of Governmental Benefits.” The topics discussed included:
