Partner Jeffrey Johnson Named Among World’s Leading Patent & Technology Licensing Lawyers
Partner Jeffrey C. Johnson, a member of Pryor Cashman’s Intellectual Property Group, has been named by Intellectual Asset Management as one of the “World’s Leading Patent & Technology Licensing Lawyers” in its IAM Listing for 2010.
In compiling the list, IAM identified attorneys who are considered to be market leaders in the provision of legal expertise relating to patent and technology licensing. Over a period of four months, an IAM research team spoke with private practice lawyers, as well as the users of their services, in over 20 key jurisdictions. Their aim was to identify which lawyers clients turn to when they want to ensure an effective and watertight licensing agreement.
Johnson is experienced in the transactional aspects of technology and intellectual property exploitation (patents, trade secrets, trademarks and copyright) including, in particular, all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, private placements and licenses in the biotech, entertainment, Internet, pharmaceutical, software and telecommunications industries.
