Pryor Cashman Partners Rob deBrauwere and Jeffrey Johnson, both members of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Digital Media Groups, represented a leading designer of Mobile Device Management (MDM) enterprise software solutions for carriers and enterprises in the negotiation of a license and reseller agreement for a new application featured in Verizon cell phones.

The application runs on Verizon’s Enterprise Mobility as a Service platform, and is useful for managing dual-use mobile devices, enabling the use of a single device for both professional and personal uses, while ensuring that professional data is separate and secure.
