Caden and Zuckerberg Named Most Powerful Employment Attorneys in U.S. for Second Consecutive Year
Pryor Cashman partners Colleen Caden, Chair of the firm’s Immigration Law Group, and Joshua Zuckerberg, a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Group, have been named among the nation’s Most Powerful Employment Attorneys by Human Resource Executive 6th annual ranking.
The list recognizes 200 employment lawyers nationwide for their excellence in guiding employers through today's complicated and challenging workplace-related laws and regulations. Caden and Zuckerberg were included among 40 up-and-comers.
The compilation is a result of an exhaustive selection process handled jointly by Human Resource Executive, which reaches more than 75,000 human resource executives each month, and Lawdragon, the Los Angeles-based legal networking site.
Caden represents clients in the pharmaceutical, media, consumer products and food manufacturing industries as well as in the professional sports, arts and entertainment fields. She has experience in all aspects of immigration and nationality law and ensuring compliance with immigration laws, U.S. Department of Labor regulations and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services programs.
Zuckerberg’s practice covers the entire spectrum of labor and employment issues. He has extensive experience representing and counseling employers on all matters affecting the workplace, including discrimination, harassment, and disability claims, restrictive covenants, wage and hour issues, and termination and severance practices.
To be included in the “up-and-comers” list, all lawyers received recommendations from corporate counsel who have benefited from their wisdom and would hire them again. A rigorous vetting process by an editorial advisory board provided input based on experiences with those under consideration and included an evaluation of the attorney's impact within their firm and in the profession in general.
