deBrauwere Named to Long Island Music Hall of Fame Board of Directors
Pryor Cashman is proud to announce that Partner Robert deBrauwere, Co-Chair of the firm’s Digital Media Group and a member of the Intellectual Property and Media + Entertainment Groups, has been elected to the board of directors of The Long Island Music Hall of Fame (the “Hall of Fame”).
Founded in 2004, the Hall of Fame is a charitable organization whose mission is to recognize, celebrate and preserve the exceptional musical heritage of the Long Island Region. The organization accomplishes this through educational initiatives to promote achievement in music and its biennial Hall of Fame Induction Awards Ceremony, which will be held on November 3, 2016 at The Space at Westbury Theater.
Pryor Cashman is an official sponsor of this year’s Awards Ceremony, at which two firm clients, Jim Steinman and Stevie Van Zandt, will be honored. Additionally, Charles Koppelman, a longtime friend of the firm, will be inducted into the Hall of Fame.
Following the awards presentation, guests will enjoy performances from Van Zandt, Steve Vai, Garland Jeffreys, Big Daddy Kane, Vince Giordano and members of the Rascals.
