Pryor Cashman LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Dyan Finguerra-DuCharme has been selected by corporate counsel as a Lexology and International Law Office (ILO) 2016 Client Choice Award winner in the Intellectual Property: Trademarks category.

The Client Choice awards were established in 2005 to recognize law firm partners around the world who stand out for their client service. Winners are those who have demonstrated the ability to add tangible value to their clients’ business above and beyond their colleagues and competitors.

Finguerra-DuCharme’s clients stated that they “truly appreciate and are more than satisfied with her intelligence, market knowledge and overall expertise” and “not only is her work top notch, but she is also willing to work with business on flexible fee arrangements.”

This year, 223 winners across 34 U.S. states and four Canadian provinces were recognized. The 2016 winners, who were formally announced at a gala dinner in London on February 10, were selected from a pool of more than 2,000 individual client assessments. Client Choice nominations are accepted from corporate counsel exclusively. Research begins with a readership survey of ILO and Lexology in-house counsel subscribers. Clients are asked to rate lawyers on the following criteria: quality of legal advice, value for money, commercial awareness, effective communication, billing transparency, tailored fee structures, response time, sharing of expertise, and use of technology.

Finguerra-DuCharme is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Intellectual Property, Litigation and Media & Entertainment Groups. Providing clients with end-to-end service, from strategic counsel to prosecuting and defending IP litigation, she has earned the reputation as the go-to lawyer for trademark, trade dress, false advertising and copyright disputes and counseling.
