Partner Brad Rose, Chair of Pryor Cashman’s Intellectual Property Group, was profiled by Law360 as part of its "Rainmakers" series. The story, which appeared on September 30, 2013, discusses Rose's practice and features an in-depth Q&A with Rose.

Rose, who is routinely recognized in national publications as one of the top ten trademark attorneys in the United States, specializes in the procurement, protection, exploitation and enforcement of intellectual property rights. In 2013, Rose was named among the Top 100 Lawyers in the field of Intellectual Property Law by Super Lawyers Magazine—Metro edition.

Rose, as noted by Law360, “has earned the reputation as a force inside and outside the courtroom as an aggressive protector of his clients’ intellectual property and rights of publicity.”

When asked how he maintains his rainmaker status, Rose told Law360 that he does so “[b]y being incredibly responsive; virtually NEVER shutting down; and by successfully guiding clients through crisis and noncrisis situations on a repeated basis. Your credibility is determined by your results…Once you achieve successful results on a consistent basis, be it winning cases, closing a lucrative deal for your client or successfully managing your client’s downside in a losing situation, you begin to develop a reputation as a winner.”
