Counsel W. Wilder Knight II, a member of Pryor Cashman’s Media & Entertainment Groups, acted as counsel for composer J. Ralph, who created an original piece of music called “Theodora.” Ralph’s composition, which was recently featured in The Hollywood Reporter, had its world premiere as part of Discovery Channel’s “Shark Week.”

Knight worked on the deal between J. Ralph and the Discovery Channel and assisted in the negotiations with the London Symphony Orchestra, the London Voices Choir and violinist Joshua Bell.
