Pryor Cashman Represents Gabrielle Union in Agreement for Fashion Jewelry Collection Reached With Mouawad Group

Gabrielle Union and the Mouawad Group have concluded an agreement for a fashion jewelry collection which will launch in the fourth quarter of 2008 and may be sold via television.  Pryor Cashman partners Brad D. Rose and Eli B. Nathanson represented Gabrielle Union in the transaction.

The Gabrielle Union fashion jewelry collection was mentioned in the April 4, 2008 edition of Women’s Wear Daily in an article entitled “Mouawad Group Targets Star Power.” The article by Rachel Brown reported that the Mouawad Group “is starting to rack up prominent partners the way Nike does shoe deals,” noting that the celebrity-related line introductions for the company’s U.S. division this year include Nicole Richie, Gabrielle Union and Seal.
