Pryor Cashman client Gucci America, Inc. has sold its 17-story Manhattan office building for $460 million to 685 Fifth Avenue Owner LLC. The sale closed on June 27, 2014.

The building, located at the corner of 54th Street and Fifth Avenue, was originally built in 1926 and offers prime retail and office space.

Partner Ronald B. Kremnitzer, Co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate Group, represented luxury retailer Gucci America, Inc. in the sale.
