Jeffrey Alberts, Co-Editor of Pryor Cashman’s Fintech Monitor, will be participating in the newly-launched Digital Currency & Ledger Defense Coalition (DCLDC). Its mission is to help protect individual constitutional rights and civil liberties in connection with regulatory and law enforcement scrutiny and efforts relating to digital currencies and ledgers.

The DCLDC intends to advance its important mission through pro bono attorney referrals to those who cannot afford legal services and the submission of amicus briefs on key issues.
