Roxana is a distinguished trademark attorney who advises domestic and foreign clients, from startups and independent brands to globally recognized companies, on trademark matters in a wide range of industries, with a focus on fashion, beauty, entertainment, and luxury goods.
Her work focuses on troubleshooting sophisticated trademark issues, including their selection, clearance, registration, use, and licensing. For her clients, which include high-profile luxury brands, celebrities, entertainment companies, fashion designers, sports teams, and athletes, Roxana prosecutes trademarks on a global basis, advises on the selection and availability of trademarks in the U.S. and worldwide, enforces their valuable trademark rights, and provides global trademark portfolio management.
Previously, she practiced IP law as an associate at firms in New York and Toronto.
