Dyan Finguerra-DuCharme, a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Group, will be a speaker at the International Trademark Association's (INTA) Annual Meeting, taking place May 10-14, 2014 in Hong Kong.

Finguerra-DuCharme will speak on the panel "Best Friends Forever: Secrets of a Successful Relationship between In-House and Outside Counsel, including Ethical Considerations." The panel will share insights on what in-house counsel values most about their best outside counsel, how to start and maintain the relationship, and what to do when the relationship goes bad.
