Dyan Finguerra-DuCharme will speak at at the International Trademark Association (INTA) annual meeting, moderating the table topic, “Funny or Not: A Fun Look at Descriptive Fair Use and Parody in the United States." With the increasing importance of trademarks and brands to consumers, companies and the global economy, the INTA Annual Meeting continues to grow.
