Fight the Faux - Trademark Infringement on Social Media
Dyan Finguerra-DuCharme, member of the Intellectual Property and Litigation Groups, will speak on a panel regarding trademark infringement in social media, sponsored by the The Cardozo School of Law's Intellectual Property Law Society. The panel will discuss the different types of trademark misuse that can occur on social networking sites and the steps companies can take in order to protect and enforce their rights on these sites.
