Partner Dyan Finguerra-DuCharme will be the featured speaker at the December 14, 2016 meeting of the Nassau County Bar Association's ("NCBA") Intellectual Property Committee.
Finguerra-DuCharme's presentation will examine trademarks in the digital age including how to protect hashtags and emojis and a discussion of FTC rules and regulations concerning online advertising.
