Amanda has experience representing corporate debtors, non-debtor affiliates, equity sponsors, secured and unsecured creditors, asset purchasers, and other parties-in-interest in out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings, and insolvency-related matters.

Before joining Pryor Cashman, she was an associate at another major New York firm.
