Pryor Cashman Partner Andrew M. Goldsmith, a member of the Litigation Group, participated in “Session 4: Latest Developments in Music Copyright Infringement Cases: Perspectives from Expert Musicologists, Practitioners, and Trial Attorneys,” part of the 2024 Copyright Society Annual Meeting.

Andrew was joined by Joe Bennett, Forensic Musicologist; Tal Dickstein, Partner at Loeb & Loeb; and Katherine M. Leo, Associate Professor at Millikin University, to “provide an update on how courts have been applying new standards for finding copyright infringement of musical compositions and sound recordings.”
