Pryor Cashman Partner William Charron, Co-Chair of the firm’s Art Law Practice Group, was a speaker at the City Bar Center for CLE event “Practical Advice on Handling Legal Issues Confronting the Art World Today,” held Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at the New York City Bar.

The Association's Art Committee convened a panel of knowledgeable attorneys and art world experts to discuss how the law as it now exists can be used to address the complex and fascinating issues confronting the art world at the intersection of law and culture. Topics discussed included authenticity, cultural property, transactions, titles, copyright and other intellectual property issues.
