Austin Collier is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Litigation Group.
His practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation, including post-transactional and breach of contract disputes and class action matters in the technology, pharmaceutical, and financial services sectors.
Austin represents clients in state and federal court at all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation investigations through trial and appeal. His experience includes serving on trial teams in multi-week proceedings, drafting dispositive and discovery motions, first-chairing depositions in federal class actions, managing discovery, and litigating data privacy matters under statutes such as BIPA, the CCPA, and state and federal wiretap laws.
