Ben Gleitman is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group, where he represents clients in connection with a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including debt and equity financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.
Ben has significant experience handling the interests of private lenders and financial institutions in complex and highly structured development and construction-related real estate transactions.
Before joining Pryor Cashman, he was a corporate and real estate associate at another major New York firm.
