Pryor Cashman Represents Alter Domus as Administrative and Collateral Agent in Trinseo Chapter 11 Cases

Pryor Cashman has been retained to represent Alter Domus (US) LLC (“Alter Domus”), in its capacity as administrative and collateral agent under the DIP Credit Agreement and the Super HoldCo 1L Credit Agreement in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of Trinseo PLC (“Trinseo”) and its affiliated debtors.

Trinseo is a global specialty chemical company that manufactures plastic and latex binder products. Trinseo and certain of its direct and indirect subsidiaries filed for bankruptcy on May 26, 2026, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
