Melissa Brij-Raj is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Corporate Group and Corporate Trust Practice. Her practice focuses on representing banks, trust companies, and other financial institutions acting as trustees or in various agency capacities across a wide array of domestic and international financing transactions.

Previously, Melissa was an associate at another major international law firm.

During law school, Melissa interned at Paramount (formerly ViacomCBS) as a New York City Bar 1L Diversity Fellow; she also interned with Foot Locker’s in-house counsel as a summer associate.
