Patrick Sibley is co-chair of Pryor Cashman’s Corporate Trust Practice and a member of the firm's Bankruptcy, Reorganization + Creditors’ Rights Group. His practice focuses on representing the corporate trust and loan agency departments of banks and financial institutions in complex financial restructuring and insolvency matters.
