Partner Bertrand Fry Speaks at Investment Adviser Association’s 2015 IAA Investment Adviser Compliance Conference
Partner Bertrand Fry, co-chair of Pryor Cashman’s Investment Management Group and a member of the Corporate Group, was a panelist at the Investment Adviser Association’s 2015 Investment Adviser Compliance Conference on March 5, 2015 in Arlington, VA, a two-day program that brought together SEC staff, industry participants, and legal professionals for an overview of current information on the changing regulatory landscape affecting investment advisers.
Fry moderated the panel titled “Compliance Issues for Advisers to Private Funds,” which focused on regulatory topics of interest to private fund advisers. Along with Fry, the members of the panel included Paula Bosco of New Mountain Capital, LLC, Brandon K. Gay of The Carlyle Group, and John Hombostel of Franklin Templeton Investments.
